Ayurvedic Head, Face & Shoulder Massage Therapy
Head, face and shoulder massage with an Ayurvedic face pack, for deep relaxation.

Many new mothers carry their exhaustion in the head, jaw, neck and shoulders — from feeding hunched over, broken sleep and constant alertness. This focused Ayurvedic Therapy session targets exactly that area, without the time or undressing that a full body massage involves.
It begins with a warm oil head massage, working the scalp, temples and the base of the skull in slow circles. The therapist then moves to the neck and shoulders, easing the knots that build from feeding and carrying, before a light facial massage with gentle pressure around the forehead, cheeks and jaw.
The session finishes with an Ayurvedic face pack prepared from herbal powders mixed with rose water or milk, left on while the mother rests, then wiped off with warm cloths.
It suits mothers who want relaxation and better sleep, including those not yet cleared for full-body work. Pressure is kept light over the neck, and any skin sensitivity is checked with a patch test. The session takes about forty-five minutes and ends with a calming cup of herbal tea.
