Why Trayi

Small team, verified caregivers, accountable care

The details that decide whether home care actually works: who we hire, how we prepare them, and how we stay answerable to your family.

Why Trayi

Care that families feel comfortable trusting

We keep the team small, trained and accountable — so the person who walks into your home is someone we would send to our own family.

Every nurse and attendant is interviewed in person, with identity documents, qualifications and prior references verified before they are considered for a placement. Nurses are asked for valid nursing registration where the care involves clinical procedures. New team members are onboarded on our care protocols — hygiene, escalation, family communication and record-keeping — and are supervised on their first assignments.

  • 24/7 Availability

Care rarely fits neat office hours, so we schedule around your household: short hourly visits, 8 or 12-hour day shifts, overnight care, or a full live-in arrangement. Enquiries are answered from 8 AM to 9 PM every day and urgent calls at any hour, and most families can have a caregiver in place within 24 to 48 hours of the consultation.

  • Personalised Care Plans

Nothing begins from a template. The free consultation covers medical history, discharge instructions, mobility, feeding or medication routines, dietary preferences and the family's own comfort. You receive a written plan with scope, schedule, caregiver profile and clear pricing — and it is revised whenever recovery progresses or needs change.

  • Hospitable & Safe

Your home is not a ward. Caregivers work quietly and respectfully, follow strict hand-hygiene and infection-control practices, handle sharps and dressings safely, and keep the space tidy. A supervisor checks in regularly, and you always have a direct number for concerns, replacements or schedule changes.

  • Caregiver vetting

In-person interview, document and reference verification, skills assessment, and a supervised trial before independent placement.

  • Safety standards

Hand hygiene and infection control, safe handling of dressings and sharps, fall-risk awareness, and clear emergency escalation steps.

  • Quality commitments

Daily notes shared with the family, supervisor check-ins, honest scope advice, and a prompt caregiver replacement if the match is not right.
