Last updated: 17 August 2026

Template notice: these terms are a starting draft and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional in India before use.

1. Services

Trayi provides trained caregiving and nursing support at the client’s home, including post-delivery and mother-baby care, newborn care assistance, lactation support, elderly and geriatric care, post-surgical recovery support, chronic illness and medication management, and specialised nursing tasks. The scope, schedule and pricing of any engagement are confirmed in the care plan shared after a consultation.

2. Not a medical diagnosis platform

This website and our services do not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions or emergency treatment. Our caregivers are trained to support care prescribed or advised by qualified medical practitioners. In a medical emergency, contact a hospital or emergency service immediately.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

While our caregivers are trained and supervised, no specific medical, recovery or health outcome is promised or guaranteed. Results depend on the client’s medical condition, treating doctor’s advice and factors outside our control.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Share accurate medical information, prescriptions and doctor’s instructions relevant to the care requested.
  • Provide a safe, respectful working environment for the assigned caregiver.
  • Inform us promptly of any change in condition, medication or schedule.
  • Arrange medicines, medical consumables and equipment unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Bookings, changes and cancellation

Engagements begin after the care plan and pricing are mutually confirmed. Where possible, please notify changes at least 24 hours in advance for individual visits, and a few days in advance for long-term or live-in arrangements. Any applicable charges for short-notice cancellation will be communicated in the care plan.

6. Fees

Fees depend on the type of care, shift length and duration. Consultations are free. All charges are stated in the care plan before care begins; no undisclosed charges are added.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trayi’s liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. Trayi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided by the client, non-compliance with medical advice, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Confidentiality

Client and patient information is treated as confidential and handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Website content

Content on this website is for general information only. Testimonials shown are genuine customer feedback shared with their consent; names are not published.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
