Medication and Pill Management

Accurate schedules, organised doses, refill reminders and clear records.

Medicines and a glass of water arranged on a tray for a resting patient

When someone takes eight tablets from four prescriptions, the risk is no longer the illness — it is the doses that get doubled, skipped or taken at the wrong time. Medication management begins by listing everything currently prescribed, including over-the-counter and ayurvedic items, and matching it against the latest prescription so duplicates and expired instructions are removed.

From there the caregiver sets up a labelled weekly pill organiser, aligns each dose with the right timing — empty stomach, with food, bedtime — records what was given and what was refused, monitors for side effects such as dizziness, nausea or unusual bruising, and tracks stock so a refill is arranged before the strip runs out rather than after.

It suits elders managing several conditions, patients discharged with a changed prescription, people with memory difficulty, and families coordinating care remotely.

Trayi never changes a prescription. Doses, substitutions and stopping a drug are the doctor's decision; what we guarantee is that the plan on paper is the plan that actually happens at home, and that anything unclear is queried rather than assumed.
