Prenatal and Pregnancy Care

Prenatal Wellness and Mobility Support

Gentle movement, posture, sleep and home-safety support through pregnancy.

Pregnancy changes balance, posture and stamina long before the due date, and small adjustments prevent most of the discomfort. These visits focus on keeping the mother moving safely: short paced walks, gentle stretches for hips, calves and upper back, pelvic tilts, ankle and foot exercises for swelling, and safe ways to get out of bed, climb stairs, sit at a desk and pick things up without straining the back.

We also look at rest and the room itself — side-lying with pillow support, a fan or light adjusted for sleep, a bathroom route that is dry and lit at night, loose mats moved, and slippers with grip instead of smooth soles.

It suits mothers in the second and third trimesters who feel stiff, breathless on stairs, unsteady or unsure what movement is still allowed, and those advised to stay active but nervous about doing it alone.

Every routine stays within what the obstetrician has permitted, and the caregiver stops immediately for dizziness, tightening, breathlessness, leaking or reduced foetal movement, then contacts the family and the doctor. Trayi provides supportive care, not physiotherapy or antenatal medical assessment, and says so clearly before the first visit.
